Anime Like Murai in Love

Tanaka Ayano is a teacher at Takebe Gakuen High School, and she has a problem. Her second-year student Murai, who is enrolled in her college preparatory course, has declared that his plan for the future is to marry her.

Tanaka firmly rejects him, stating that she could never be interested in a boy with long black hair. In truth, Tanaka-sensei is a secret otaku who only has eyes for her 2D love, Hitotose, a character from an otome game.

The next day, Tanaka is shocked to find that Murai has not only cut his hair and dyed it blonde, but that in doing so, he now looks exactly like her love Hitotose!

While she initially finds him pretty rude, she meets Yamada again by chance in an offline meetup event for the game. It turns out she, like so many others, misinterpreted his poor social skills for antagonism.

From then on, Akane finds herself meeting Yamada more and more both in-game and offline as her feelings for him grow.
