witch watch anime

Anime Like Witch Watch

Nico Wakatsuki is a young witch who just finished her witch training and is moving back to her hometown by herself. She is at the point where she needs to pick a familiar for protection, but unlike other witches who normally pick animals, Nico has her eye on something else.

Nico believes that the best familiar who will keep her safest is her childhood friend Morihito “Moi” Otogi, a teen ogre.

While Moi eventually is forced to become her familiar, he also learns that with his father on a business trip and Nico’s mother also abroad, they will be living alone under the same roof.

I love when things disarm me with silliness then wedge in excellent plot and romance. If you are looking for more anime recommendations like Witch Watch, head on down below.
