At the start of the new school year, Mari bumps into a tardy student and discovers that he is a Beastfolk who is going to attend her school. Although not uncommon for Beastfolk and humans to interact, they typically live in a walled off section of the city and face prejudice in human society.

While nervous at first, she begins to learn about the tender soul under the coat of fur, finding herself draw more and more to him.

This is a world of anthropomorphic animals where carnivores and herbivores live side by side with each other.

At Cherryton Academy, young wolf Legoshi is a member of the drama club. While he is often called menacing due to his appearance, he wouldn’t hurt a fly.

However, when one herbivore classmate is killed and devoured, Legoshi finds himself as the primary suspect.
