I would add Norman to this list. While watching the second season of TPN, I saw some parallels to Light Yagamis ideal world-
A world where humans can live in Peace, a world without monster. So he, as the boss of the escaped Lambda Kids, he decides to kill all the monsters and nothing could stop him (ok Emma was, but heyy)
In the manga, there is one paneel that says basically he either becomes a god or a devil.
And I guess that’s a huge god complex our beloved Norman developed-
