Anime Like A Nobody’s Way Up to an Exploration Hero

Kaito Takagi is a typical high schooler who enjoys spending his time exploring the local dungeon after school for extra cash. However, while he enjoys dungeon crawling, he isn’t very good at combat and has a long way to go if he wants to be a real dungeon explorer like the father of his beloved childhood friend.

One day while in the dungeon, he happens across a rare golden slime that drops a summon card. Deciding to use the summon card instead of selling it, he recruits a Valkyrie warrior that helps take his dungeon crawling to the next level!

Unfortunately, while there are many who can stem the tide of Shuuki monsters that come out of Mato, they are exclusively women who gained unique abilities from eating Mato fruit.

After graduating high school, Yuuki feels a bit aimless until he is caught up in a Mato event. Just as he is about to meet a grisly end, the chief of the Seventh Unit of the Anti-Demon Corps, Kyouka Uzen, appears. Using her ability, she is able to form a pact with Yuuki that transforms him into a super-powered Shuuki to help her fight back.
