Takuma Shinozaki is a young office worker. He finds small moments of enjoyment at his job thanks to his more senior team member, Shiori Katase.
Katase is tiny, cute, and endlessly kind to him. He frequently finds that she is coddling him at work and after a hard day. He hopes she is not just doing it out of obligation as his senpai, but gradually the feelings behind her actions start to come out.
While not the most in-depth plot, sometimes people just like to watch fluffy, cute, not particularly deep things. If you are looking for more anime recommendations like My Tiny Senpai, head on down below.

For Fans of Workplace Romance
My Senpai is Annoying
At a trading company, junior salesperson Futaba Igarashi has flourished under the guidance of her senpai, Harumi Takeda.
However, while he teases her about her short stature, Igarashi has come to admire Takeda for his reliability in the workplace as their relationship continues to develop.
While your potential enjoyment of an anime need not be based on your gender, romance anime in particular tends to target different genders with the stories they tell. Most often you can tell the target by who in the relationship is the main character of the series.
As such, what My Tiny Senpai is for men, My Senpai is Annoying is for women. Though, again, any gender can enjoy both shows.
Both series are romance anime that take place in an office between adults. In My Tiny Senpai, the romance is between a normal guy and his small statured, large chested senpai that is always very nice to him while also dabbling in some side couples. In My Senpai is Annoying, the romance is between a tiny, flat-chested tsundere and her large, burly senpai who is always very kind to her while also dabbling in side couples.
Ganbare Douki-chan
Douki-chan is an office worker who has a crush on her co-worker, Douki-kun.
Unfortunately, her efforts to gain his attention are constantly thwarted by her two love rivals – Kouhai-chan and Senpai-chan.
As all three girls vie for his attention, Douki-chan will need all the luck she can get.
Both My Tiny Senpai and Ganbare Douki-chan tell stories of office romance between a normal guy and a particularly large-chested woman.
However, while My Tiny Senpai is often just fluffy and cute with the relationship, Ganbare Douki-chan has its entire plot built around other office ladies trying to get in between Douki-chan and Douki-kun, her love interest. Though, it has some fluffy moments of it own.
It also merits mentioning that, while My Tiny Senpai can have its more suggestive moments, Ganbare Douki-chan is an ecchi office romance, so it is a bit more lewd.
Ganbare Douki-chan is also a short-form anime with 5-minute episodes.
The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague
Himuro and his family are descended from a snow yokai which resulted in his family having a strange power. Whenever he is excited or deep in concentration, it produces a Arctic winds and snow around him.
Finally starting a new job, he meets his cool co-worker Fuyutsuki. She is a calm woman with a stoic personality that always provides him simple solutions to the problems his powers create.
Himuro finds her absolutely adorable and vows to do whatever it takes to win her affections.
Both My Tiny Senpai and The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague are office romance anime that follow a male main character who is absolutely smitten with his female co-worker and her cute behavior.
While innately similar as office romances, My Tiny Senpai and The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague have quite a few differences. First, The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague has a supernatural elements in which some people are descended from mythological creatures, and thus have a few quirky powers. Furthermore, while Katase is brights and friendly, Fuyutsuki is kind, but much more muted in personality.
Regardless, both series are low on drama, and high on romantic fluffy moments.
For Fans of Tall Guy, Small Girl
Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out
Sakurai Shinichi just wants a little peace and quiet, but after he meets a kouhai, Uzaki Hana, from his old high school swim club at university, she wants to hang out.
This peppy, loud, and well endowed woman just wants to spend time together and tease him. Will Shinichi get the peace and quiet he desires? No.
While My Tiny Senpai is an office romance and Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out is a college romance, the similarities that these two series have are probably pretty obvious – they both feature very small female leads with very large chests.
Female leads aside, they differ in their male main characters. Shinozaki is friendly and nice to his tiny senpai while Sakurai is, at first, kind of mean to his clingy kouhai. As such,. Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out starts off as more of a teasing romance where the female lead kind of annoys the male main character until they realize their feelings for each other.
Aharen-san is Indecipherable
Excited to have a different and more social high school life, Raidou introduces himself to his seat neighbor on the first day.
At first, he thinks this small girl is just ignoring him. However, he discovers that she has a quiet voice and is bad at determining personal space.
From this meeting, an odd friendship blooms.
While Aharen-san is Indecipherable is a high school-set romance anime, it also tells a romance with a male main character where his love interest is a rather small girl. Of course, Aharen is rather flat-chested and comes with some comical quirks.
While Aharen-san is Indecipherable if often more comedy than romance, the romance element does develop into a sweet relationship. However, instead of a dynamic like the one between Katase and Shinozaki where the senpai spoils her kouhai a bit, the male main character is often the one helping Aharen out.
My Love Story
With his tall stature, bulky muscles, and mean face, Takeo Gouda is not exactly a hit with the ladies. Men and women alike find him terrifying, but he still tries to do the right thing.
One day he saves a cute girl from a molester on the train. When she reaches out to him again, he thinks she likes his handsome friend, but he is shocked to discover she actually likes him!
While My Tiny Senpai is an office romance and My Love Story is a high school romance, they touch on a similar desire that men of all ages want – cute girls that love the main characters regardless of how average or scary they look.
Both series follow the rather wholesome relationship between the male main character and the small, cute girl that falls in love with them. However, as My Love Story has a big gorilla man for a main character, it goes through some of his self-doubt as to if she has feelings for him briefly before becoming one of the most wholesome romance anime to exist.
For Fans of Iyashikei for Overworked, Underloved Men
Meddlesome Kitsune Senko-san
Nakano is a salaryman that works for a company that greatly exploits him. He returns to home each day exhausted, and one day, returns home to find an 800-year-old fox girl has invaded his home.
She cooks, she cleans, and she states that she will heal his exhaustion with her occasionally questionable care.
My Tiny Senpai is a rather wholesome exploration of something a lot of overworked salarymen probably want – a cute female co-worker that is nice to them and spoils them a lot. Meddlesome Kitsune Senko-san lives in that same vein.
Like senpai spoils her co-worker in My Tiny Senpai, Senko spoils her tired overworked salaryman to death when he comes home by giving him all the care and affection that he can handle.
While Meddlesome Kitsune Senko-san is definitely more of a iyashikei anime and not a romance like My Tiny Senpai, it is a great watch for those that really enjoy wholesome relationships.
Tawawa on Monday
Oniisan is a standard salaryman. However, every Monday he ends up protecting student Ai-chan on the Monday morning train commute from gropers.
Though their time together is short, they begin to learn to know more about each other. She also goes to great lengths to remove his Monday morning blues as a way of saying thanks.
While Tawawa on Monday is a short-form anime with only 5-minute episodes, it offers a similar wish fulfillment that My Tiny Senpai explores. This time, various guys have positive (and lewd) interactions with really well-endowed women either on the way to the office or in it.
Tawawa on Monday is an ecchi anime and, uh, well, it’s just the biggest boobs all over the place, not unlike My Tiny Senpai and Katase’s boobs.
Tonikawa – Tonikaku Kawaii
After being ridiculed for his strange name, Nasa, like the space agency, decides he will become a man even greater than the starry sky. However, one night, that all changes when he sees a beautiful girl.
She ends up saving him from being fatally hit by a truck while crossing the street to talk to her. Having chased her down despite his serious injuries, he asks her out. She says she will go out with him if they marry. He agrees, and passes out.
Waking up to find her gone, he abandons his ambitions until one day when she shows up with their marriage registration.
If you enjoyed My Tiny Senpai not for the big boobs, but rather for the wholesome relationship, Tonikawa is the ultimate comfy wish fulfillment romance.
Both series are for people that want a romance anime with little to no drama, they just want the main couple to get along and do cute things together. While My Tiny Senpai is often just flirty, Tonikawa skips even the flirty and goes right to them being a happy married couple.
