Takuma Kosugi is an office worker that lives alone. Finding it hard to keep up with household tasks, he decides to buy a secondhand housekeeping Mina model robot to cook and clean for him.
However, Takuma quickly bonds with his housekeeping Mina, and one night after too many beers, proposes that she should just become his wife. Much to his surprise, she agrees!
Taking his proposal to heart, Mina begins to act more like they are married. While human-robot relationships are still viewed as somewhat unusual, they begins to convince the people around them of their shared sincerity about their marriage.
