Kaboku Kotani enters Ichiran High School hoping for a school life where he goes unnoticed because of his stutter. While his friends start looking to join traditional sports clubs, Kaboku is drawn to the dance club, but a memory from the past about dancing in front of others gives him pause.
That changes when he meets Hikari Wanda, a girl not great with words either but is particularly expressive in the way she dances.
