After being perpetually bullied in school, Michio Kaga is browsing a suicide website when an ad catches his eye. This ad takes him to a site that seems to allow him to create a character for an MMO.
He messes around on the site with it’s roll-based luck element until he gets top-tier stats before clicking accept.
However, this website suddenly transports him to a game-like fantasy land.
I mean, it has harem in the title. I don’t know what I was expecting. Though, to be fair, I wasn’t expecting that, after a point, every episode ends with sex. If you are looking for more anime like Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World, head on down below.
Anime Like Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World
For Fans of Buying Slaves
Death March to A Parallel World Rhapsody
Suzuki Ichirou is a programmer for a game company, and in order to keep up with demands, he frequently sets his work pace to “death march” in which he works for days straight with little sleep and without going home.
During one of these death marches, he falls asleep and when he wakes up, he is somehow transported inside of one of his games.
After awhile, you discover that both anime series have almost their whole party made up of slaves.
However, Death March plays it in a more noble way by being about the main character rescuing slaves, right up until he starts buying slaves because he thinks they are pretty and/or can speak Japanese.
Death March isn’t an ecchi show, but it has ecchi sensibilities, it just lacks the skin.
Black Summoner
After an accident, a man is killed and the Goddess of Reincarnation is tasked with reincarnating him. In this afterlife, he charms the goddess, gaining the rare class as summoner, and the ability to contract her as a summon in exchange for memories of his past life.
Now thrust into a fantasy world as Kelvin, he hides his ultra-rare class to maintain his freedom in order to go on grand adventures and form pacts with powerful foes.
While Black Summoner is often about defeating people to be used as summons, he also purchases slaves to be battle companions.
Regardless, both series are about moving to the next battle and occasionally gaining a new slave companion. Black Summoner, however, is not ecchi.
The Rising of the Shield Hero
The stories tell of four heroes summoned from another world – the sword, spear, bow, and shield heroes who will prevent calamity. With darkness bearing down on them, the Kingdom of Melromarc summons these heroes from modern day Japan.
For otaku Naofumi Iwatani, unfortunately he is labeled the shield hero, the weakest of the group. Worse yet, betrayal sees him labeled as a criminal and outcasted.
With hatred and vengeance consuming him, he sets forth to grow strong.
While The Rising of the Shield Hero dedicates itself to a serious and often good isekai plot, it has, like Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World, a main character whose party is fully staffed by slaves he owns through purchase or voluntary enslavement.
The Rising of the Shield Hero is not ecchi, however.
For Fans of Ecchi Fantasy Anime
Jobless Reincarnation
After being chased out of his NEET nest, a man instinctively saves some teens from an oncoming car and is killed. He is reborn as Rudeus Greyrat, a baby and new firstborn son of a local knight.
Finding he has great potential for magic, Rudy vows to make the most of his new life even if he is still a perverted otaku on the inside.
While Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World makes it very clear what sort of anime it is in the OP alone, it takes a moment for Jobless Reincarnation to let you in that it has ecchi predilections.
However, the longer the series goes on, the more ecchi degeneration it starts to wedge in.
Both series have main characters that have sex, but Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World is more graphic.
Interspecies Reviewers
There are many important questions in life – Which girl truly is best girl? What consists of the best fapping material? Are certain fetishes sexist?
To answer these questions and more, intrepid adventurers visit brothel after brothel to find the answers and provide their unbiased reviews.
Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World has minimal plot and distracts you with flesh at the end of each episode.
Alternatively, flesh is the plot in Interspecies Reviewers. It is solely all about two people visiting different exotic prostitutes in a fantasy world.
Redo of Healer
As a boy, Keyaru awakened the power of a Hero. His specialty was healing. However, by using these powers, he experienced the trauma of the injured person as well. It eventually drove him insane, but he was forced to use his powers anyway.
After enduring torture and abuse by his fellow heroes for years, Keyaru formed a plan to get his vengeance. He was able to turn back time and restart his life with all his previous memories.
Thus his vengeance began.
Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World will never be notorious in the same way Redo of Healer is.
They are both series with tons of sex who have the bulk of their plot revolving around sex. While Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World implies Roxanne isn’t necessarily fully consenting, Redo of Healer is just full-on rape, if not brainwashing so it doesn’t seem as such any longer.
Redo of Healer is slightly different by having a passion for violent torture as well, though.
Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time
Peter Grill is known throughout the land as the strongest fighter. He also has a girlfriend he is steadily getting closer with.
Unfortunately, dozens of women have targeted him for his seed in order to bear strong children.
If you just want a fantasy ecchi anime that has that flash of flesh you desire, but doesn’t try too hard, then this is for you.
Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World knows you just want some adventure and sex at the end of the day.
Peter Grill is more a comedy, but that comedy comes from the barrage of women throwing themselves at the main character for his coveted baby batter. It also features lots of actual sex like Harem in The Labyrinth of Another World.
For Fans of Dungeon Crawling
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?
In the fantasy city of Orario, there is a massive labyrinth underneath it. For brave adventurers, glory and fortune can be found within. However, in order to tackle the challenging monsters inside, adventurers join guilds of strong gods and goddesses.
For newbie adventurer Bell Cranel, no good guild will have him, except for Hestia, a goddess with no followers. Together they team up to grow strong and find glory.
If Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World dedicated itself to the plot it has, it would be more like Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon.
While Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon isn’t an isekai, both shows are about people growing their initially small powers by working their way up the low level floors of the local dungeon. Doing this levels them and grants them the money they need to live.
Some bodacious booba aside, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon isn’t particularly ecchi.
The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter
Noir is the son of a minor noble. He was going to work as a librarian until the son of a higher rank noble took the position. He does have one special advantage – the use of an ability to consult a great sage. However, using it gives him terrible headaches.
Discovering a way to lightly calm the headache, he consults the sage on how to move forward. The sage guides him to a secret dungeon where he meets a trapped powerful adventurer.
She grants him her powers so that he can gain power and admission to a great adventurer academy.
Both series have main characters who start off rather useless going into a dungeon that helps them grow stronger. The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter starts off with a quick infusion of power so it doesn’t have the same sort of leveling montage like the initial episodes of Harem in the Labyrinth.
What both shows have in common is they place a big emphasis on ecchi activities.
However, The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter doesn’t go as far with the ecchi as Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World does.
So I’m a Spider So What?
On one normal day in high school, the lives of many students ended unexpectedly. Some were reincarnated as nobles or strong heroes. Others were reincarnated as wondrous fantasy creatures.
Unfortunately for one girl, she was reincarnated as a lowly cave spider.
No stranger to hardship given her difficult school life, she vows to not give up, and through an RPG system, grows stronger each day.
If you, for some reason, watched Harem In The Labyrinth of Another World purely because you liked the idea of the characters exploring the labyrinths, So I’m a Spider So What is more what you are looking for.
It follows both the spider main character as well as human adventurers in dungeons facing peril and fortune. It is, however, not an ecchi show.

Beautiful…. Just what I wanted to know
Thanks
Nice work! This is a great list.
I am kind of late into the party with this, but I am genuinely surprised by how borderline h*ntai Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World is, which I initially thought of as just another fan-service-y shounen anime.
It’s actually crazy how far ecchi anime goes these days.
