As a boy, Keyaru awakened the power of a Hero. His specialty was healing. However, by using these powers, he experienced the trauma of the injured person as well. It eventually drove him insane, but he was forced to use his powers anyway. After enduring torture and abuse by his fellow heroes for years, Keyaru formed a plan to get his vengeance. He was able to turn back time and restart his life with all his previous memories. Thus his vengeance began.

For Fans of Lewd Fantasy Anime
Interspecies Reviewers
There are many important questions in life – Which girl truly is best girl? What consists of the best fapping material? Are certain fetishes sexist? To answer these questions and more, intrepid adventurers visit brothel after brothel to find the answers and provide their unbiased reviews.
Both series are lewd ecchi anime set in a fantasy land. However, while they share a similar graphic lewdness, Interspeices Reviewers is the more fun and playful sort of lewd rather than sheer vengeance.
Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time
Peter Grill is known throughout the land as the strongest fighter. He also has a girlfriend he is steadily getting closer with. Unfortunately, dozens of women have targeted him for his seed in order to bear strong children.
Both series are fantasy… well, fantasies. Redo of Healer is a lewd revenge fantasy while Peter Grill is your standard “everyone wants that D” lewd fantasy. Both feature interesting fantasy characters and all the flesh you could want. However, Peter Grill is fairly watchable even without the uncensored version.
Goblin Slayer
A young priestess fresh out of the temple is excited to start her life as an adventurer. On her first day, she joins an adventuring party to go slay some goblins. However, like so many young adventure parties before them, they underestimate the goblins. It ends with two dead, one viciously raped, and the priestess saved from fate by a man whose only mission in life is to slay all the goblins.
While Goblin Slayer grabbed attention with one graphic scene in the beginning, it really isn’t too lewd. It doesn’t require censored and uncensored versions, anyway. However, like Redo of Healer it is often an amalgamation of revenge, violence, and sex.
For Fans of Revenge Fantasies
The Rising of the Shield Hero
The stories tell of four heroes summoned from another world – the sword, spear, bow, and shield heroes who will prevent calamity. With darkness bearing down on them, the Kingdom of Melromarc summons these heroes from modern day Japan. For otaku Naofumi Iwatani, unfortunately he is labeled the shield hero, the weakest of the group. Worse yet, betrayal sees him labeled as a criminal and outcasted. With hatred and vengeance consuming him, he sets forth to grow strong.
While watching Redo of Healer, there was many times in which I felt it was an anime that felt more like a Rising of the Shield Hero fan fiction written by your typical young teen. It takes the basic plot of Rising of the Shield Hero and turns everything – the vengeance, the behavior, the lust – up to every extreme. Blood and tits are always the heralds of immature storytelling.
Arifureta – From Commonplace to World’s Strongest
Otaku Hajime Nagumo and several of his classmates are summoned to a fantasy world and tasked with saving mankind. However, while his classmates are gifted with great abilities, Hajime only has transmutation skills that have no real offensive use. He is soon betrayed by a classmate and sent into an abyss filled with monsters. Resolving to not die to the darkness, he struggles to survive and teams up with an imprisoned vampire to return to the world above.
Arifureta tells the same story of betrayal and revenge in a fantasy land. However, it is both an isekai and not very lewd at all. Yet, if you enjoyed the plot of Redo of Healer without all the flesh, this can be an excellent follow up.
Berserk
Gutts has been a mercenary for as long as he can remember, caring for nothing but moving to the next battle. One fateful battle puts him at odds with the rapidly rising mercenary group, the Band of the Hawk. Their charismatic, idealistic leader Griffith soon makes him join by force, but the bond he forms with the Band of the Hawk may very well mean the end of the world.
Berserk is a similar tale of ultimate betrayal and revenge. However, it spends more time establishing the connection between the characters to make the betrayal actually sting whereas Redo of Healer simply explains that they were mean to him. That being said, Berserk also has a passion for being shocking in some similar ways as well.
For Fans of Shock Value
Elfen Lied
Lucy is a special breed of human known as a Diclonius, sporting a pair of small horns and telekinetic powers. All her life she has been held captive in a government facility. However, after staging a bloody break out one night, she is hit in the head and sent tumbling over a cliff. Washing up on shore with amnesia, she is taken in by some college students who are about to be pulled into the bloody world of government conspiracy.
While Elfen Lied doesn’t have much in the way of ecchi, it does feature quite the bit of gore. If your enjoy Redo of Healer because it was quite shockingly violent at times, then Elfen Lied has your back.
Re:Zero
When Subaru Natsuki goes out for a midnight snack run, he suddenly finds himself transported to another world. As a bewildered teen in a land of swords and magic, he wanders around and ends up attacked by thugs. After being saved by a mysterious woman, he agrees to help her get back something that was stolen. Unfortunately, it ends in both their deaths. With his dying breath, he finds that he possesses the power of revival, escaping his death by the repeating the last few hours.
Like Redo of Healer, Re:Zero has quite the array of interesting characters and creatures in its fantasy land. However, the plots differ wildly. While Re:Zero isn’t ecchi, it can be absolutely brutal sometimes. Furthermore, they both star characters that are forced to endure trauma frequently due to their powers.
School Days
In a stroke of fate, Makoto Itou noticed Kotonoha Katsura on the train ride to school. Too shy to ask her out, he finds himself encouraged by his classmates Sekai Saionji who also has a crush on Makoto. What should have been blissful school days soon turns sour as a love triangle forms and both women find themselves unable to live without Makoto.
While Redo of Healer is brutal and shocking just for the sake of being so, School Days is brutal and shocking as a parody to the standard school romance genre. Both are heavy on the lewdness, and unexpectedly on the violence. Absolute staples for your shock value stable of anime series.
