While Japan was once the pit of sexual depravity, new morality laws and the Peace-Making System used to monitor the populace have seen Japan rise to the peaks of public morality. With all lewdness censored to the point that children do not know how babies are made, an infamous erotic terrorist named Blue Snow has risen. One day, average high schooler and the son of another infamous erotic terrorist, Tanukichi Okuma, is saved by Blue Snow on his way to his new high morality high school, only to be drawn into her new erotic terrorist organization, SOX, instead.
Super HxEros has a thin veil over its ecchi jokes. Shimoneta has no veil. Both are just perverted ecchi comedy thrown at you with a rapid fire pace. However, Shimoneta is more so trying to be funny rather than sexy.
B Gata H Kei
Yamada is beautiful and just entering high school, but she has one strange goal – to have casual sex with 100 men. The problem is that she is afraid of being teased for being a virgin. Upon happenstance, she stumbles upon a solution to her problem, the soft-spoken (also virgin) Kosuda. The problem is, he knows nothing about sex and is a shy gentleman about it.
While B Gata H Kei doesn’t have a lofty plot about fighting aliens, both shows feature a couple that is super awkward but ecchi around each other. However, B Gata H Kei is technically a romance series, but it is often just mostly comedy.
Noucome: My Mental Choices Are Interfering With My School Romantic Comedy
Kanade Amakusa’s high school life should have been normal. Instead, he is cursed with Absolute Choice. This curse means that every so often, he will be forced to make a choice that will force one of two things to happen. Unfortunately, both choices are often completely terrible and completely public.
While Noucome isn’t specifically oriented towards ecchi comedy, a lot of the choices lean that way. There is also a harem than can be defined purely by the size of their busts. So if you like a variety of girls purely just for oogling, then this is also a lovely comedy series.
For Fans of Comedic Fights
Gonna be the Twin-Tail
Twin tails are the glory of mankind – at least according to Souji Mitsuka. Souji likes to spend his time rating the twin tails on girls, but when monsters from space attack to claim the twin tails for themselves, he is enlisted by a strange woman to fight them off. Suddenly, he transforms into the Twin tail Warrior Tail-Red!
Both series are, to an extent, parodying super heroes. They both are about fighting silly aliens in silly ways. Really, not much else to it. Twin tails isn’t a particularly ecchi comedy, but it isn’t straight laced either. It is a more of a gender bender sort of affair.
Ben-To
One day while You Satou is trying to get himself a half-priced bento, he is knocked unconscious. When he awakens, all the bentos are gone. Hungry, he tries again the next day only for the same result. In this world, if you want to get a sacred half-price bento, you must be willing to fight for it. In a world where only the strong get to enjoy bento, Satou must train to fight or stay hungry.
While Ben-to is a food anime, if you like action series where the fights are more funny than anything else, then this is a good pick. It is people fighting over bento lunch boxes so it is a little more down to earth, but still quite funny.
Gintama
After aliens invade Japan, they put a prohibition on swords. However, Gintoki Sakata still possesses the heart of a samurai. Taking on odd jobs alongside of his friends, Gintama follows Gintoki during his chaotic life as an errand boy.
Gintama is a top choice for action series that does not take itself seriously. The fights teeters between playful and serious, but the rest of the series is pure parody. The biggest difference is that Gintama isn’t an ecchi series.
For Fans of Using Erotic Energies
Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid
Mamori is a naive high school girl whose world gets turned upside down when she is kidnapped and stranded on the exotic island of Mermaid. However, she is not alone. She soon meets up with fellow castaway Mirei. Unfortunately, Mirei introduces herself by giving Mamori a passionate kiss, thus unlocking her hidden potential and the pair become a battle duo with powers fueled by arousal. Together, they now battle their way across the island as they discover the whole island it inhabited by women like them.
Both series rely on erotic energy in the fights that they feature. However, Valkyrie Drive is a yuri series, so it is girl love only. It also does actually try to take itself pretty seriously, but it is rather lewd anyway.
Daimidaler: Prince vs. Penguin Empire
With the invasion of the alien Penguin Empire on earth, the organization Beauty Salon Prince was established to fight them. This organization developed the Daimidaler ultimate weapon for the fight, and finally have chosen a pilot. The chosen pilot, Koichi, is a high schooler mad about big boobs and high in Hi-Ero particles that can help the weapon fight.
Both series are ecchi comedies about people fighting alien invaders using their sexual energy. Of course, Daimidaler is a mecha series instead of a more Power Rangers sort of affair.
Masou Gakuen HxH
Kizuna possess the Heart Hybrid Gear, but is not particularly strong. His older sister ends up dragging him to transfer to a special school, mainly inhabited by women, where he is trained to fight invaders.
Fighting aliens. Using sexual energy. Funny and lewd at the same time. You get the idea. The difference is that in Super HxEros, the main characters are very strong instead of struggling like they do in HxH.
