You have to listen to Osamu Tezuka when he once said “A good story can save poor animation, but you can’t save good animation with a poor story”.

Now original Bersek is better than the new one as it has a better story and i love the original Bersek for it’s good storytelling.

Now look at Wicked City, it looks beautiful but the story has nothing for it nor interesting characters. I find it a total waste to have good animation in bad story telling. But for poor animation, you can save it with a good story like Tezuka said.
