i dont really agree with your 6, 7 and 8. Number 6 isnt an old man number 7 isnt badass at all his powers are mind control and immortality not badass just ass. And while number 8 is old and awsome hes not human at all and never has been.

Well, i’ve watched most of the animes from the list and i think Netero and Yamamoto should get the first and second place.
You can put the White beard on the third place.
